Return and Refund

We will notify customers once we’ve received and inspected a refund request, and let the customer know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the customer will automatically be refunded on the original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for the customers bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

However, customers can only ask for a refund between the time of purchase and time of product gifting. Products can't be refunded or returned once received.

If a refund is being opted, the transaction charges can be deducted of the total refund. (these transaction charges can vary from 0.10EUR to over 2EUR depending on the size of the order).
